Is physical exercise more important for older people than younger people?

Since the Industrial Revolution, the standards life of human beings have increased significantly because of the ample material supply and many great achievements, such as reaching the Moon and Mars, curing many deadly diseases and making the communication between people much easier, have been done by us. The development of medical technology and living environment has largely increased the lifespan of the elderly. That is why people will focus on the life quality of the elderly more frequently with the development of civilization. To begin with, the reading passage points out that the site where the coin was discovered is located very far from another documented site Norse lived in Canada and the distance is too long to ensure that American people could have real connections with the settlements. However, the speaker points out that there were many other things which were also from far places presented in American site. So it is reasonable that Americans could bring the coin from other places. Also, many Americans liked to travel long distance within America to obtain some fun things and the coin was cool enough to be brought back.

What 's more, the author writes that no other coins were found at Canadian sites, which suggests that the Norse did not bring any silver coins with them to American settlements. Nevertheless, the lecturer says this does not have any necessary connection with the coin because Norse did not create permanent settlements so they might pick up all the other coins with them when they moved or when they backed to Europe because the coins were their valuable
