Any private school will wear a disgraced look when it compares its education standard with a Corporation school which is equipped with bio-metric attendance, air conditioned smart class room, digital library, CCTV cameras, shoe rack outside each class room and more.
In a democratic country like India, it is natural that a parent expects that the educational system s should be judicious and effective for their offsprings. In the north part of Chennai city, the populace consists nearly 85% of laborers and their living standards would certainly be below average. In such woeful nature of standards of life, it is uncommon to witness a school that offers all the educational facilities offered in an economically and educationally advanced society.

We have come across such library in our schools or colleges we have studied and still study. But each class room of this tiny corporation school is provided with a mini but an exclusive library. During the leisure hours, students utilize the books for ‘killing’ the time usefully. The students take responsibility for replacing the books every often! This is an unusual sight in any schools across the state.
Tidiness and cleanliness are taught to each student of the school to maintain the tiny venue neat and hygienic. Hence, every class room has a shoe/ slipper rack kept outside. For the past 5 years the school has produced 100% pass result in SSLC.
Mrs. Vijayalakshmi, maths teacher says, “This is the only corporation school in Tamil Nadu to possess biometric attendance system and we don’t exercise the conventional attendance registers to record the attendance of both the teachers and students. We can retrieve attendance records of a student from the date of its implementation. The kid who joins LKG will have a twelve year record of attendance and grading when he leaves the
