Professional conduct is the manner of which one acts or represents oneself in the work place or a professional environment. To upkeep good conduct one will have to act professionally, act in a dignified fashion, do not let personal conflict interfere with work, consider environmental sustainability and represent oneself correctly. There are socially accepted behaviours that place these expectations in order to keep peace and respect throughout the work place.

Keeping ethics within businesses, whether under a company/ contracted agreement or not is also ideal to avoid penalties and business loss. The ‘moral’ being that, despite both the examples given, following the law or the agreement of a company according to Law is the best way to avoid

There should always be a set standard of ethics with any business environment to ensure that peace and fairness is kept throughout.
