The quality of life and standard of living is an important aspect in the development planning of a country. The quality of life not only reflect well being and a good standard of living, but can enhance and accelerate the process of economic growth of a country. Quality of life is very important to reflect the standard of living, clean lifestyle, the opportunity to acquire knowledge, better housing and medical facilities, clean environment and adequate recreational facilities and lead to sustainable national development. (Melson,19780,p.2) identified the quality of life can be attributed to expectations for the future, moderate food, land, clothing, shelter, income, employment, family health and social welfare. The affordability of real estate and changes in housing prices and rental prices can give direct impact on the wealth of property owners and tenants and their consumer spending. construction is the main source now in generating good economics in the property sector. Therefore, new ideas implemented by each real estate developer can provide basic amenities to all categories of individuals who have the lower income or the higher income. This planning development and construction will impact the quality of life that increase level of satisfaction of people with good surrounding area that have facilities and amenities for them.
