I. Introduction Studying helps the student to learn a lot of information that would further widen their horizon. It is one step to success because the better study habit is, the more successful students will become. Studying is important to help grow mentally that could not be stagnant forever. And the major tangible factor that affects the performance of the students is the school’s structures and buildings they are using. As John C. Almack (The Journal of Educational Research, Vol. 12, No. 3 (Oct., 1925), pp. 228-235) says about the educational importance of the school building is at last being recognized. There are factors that cause this emphasis. On top of those is the reality that school building is a great factor in shaping and controlling one’s life as it is called a place where students are protected from other elements while being provided of ideas and knowledge. It guides the children from being a simple youth to a productive member of the society. Students are given a chance to explore ideas and knowledge through different aspects and ways of teaching. (Sarahn, 2014) It is of common knowledge that our society is currently presented with numerous problems regarding unproductive students as a result of insufficient school facilities, unstandardized classrooms, and unconducive learning environment. Therefore, an analysis of the practicality and socio-economic benefits of a proposed two three-storey high school building at Maligaya, Rosario, Batangas is suitable to established an assessment on the development of school
