A self-confident military commander will most likely win any battle because of his tactful planning, judicious utilization of available resources, compassion, firm leadership and admirable ethos. Troops would be comfortable with a commander who gives clear orders, holds his head high, answers questions assuredly and readily admits when he does not know something.
