Self-confidence is being secure in one’s abilities and judgments. It is having trust and assurance in oneself. Reputation, on the other hand, is an opinion commonly held concerning a person or group’s character (Helm, 2011). The distinction between the two aspects is that self-confidence is internal, emanating from within an individual, while reputation is external, coming from other people. These two aspects are crucial in life since they determine one’s progress or failure to some given extents.
The quality in me is being confident. By having confident, I can give my best in doing everything because I believe myself that nothing is impossible and for sure I can achieve anything as long as I want it. The essence of being confident is to be moderate. Overloading of confident will make individuals to be arrogant. The differences between these two qualities is being confident is to trust yourself, at the same time, willing to help people around you to success together; being arrogant is to be confident, but not willing to share information with others.
Being motivated keeps people dynamic and gives them self-respect. They set moderately difficult but easily achievable targets, which help them, achieve their objectives. They do not set up extremely difficult or extremely easy targets. By doing this they ensure that they only undertake tasks that can be achieved by them. Achievement motivated

I am opinionated, and like to clearly express my feelings but I am not going to do it at someone else’s expense. Assertiveness is a good interpersonal skill to have because it shows confidence and confidence propels people forward.
If a person has a healthy sense of self-awareness, they understand their own strengths and weaknesses, as well as how their actions affect others. A person who is self-aware is usually better able to handle and learn from constructive criticism than one who is not. For instance, someone who has self-awareness can handle better with problems than someone who has no self-awareness, because the one who has self-awareness can see what will happen when he/she decided to do something. These kinds of people can keep cool under pressure because they know their strengths and they know how to use their strengths to handle with the problems. The second point is motivation.
Your strength in some ways disallows you from distinguishing those who expect you to be perfect, from those that love you for you. The expectation you place on yourself forbids you from seeing that the ones with unconditional love, knows your strength to adjust and overcome empowers you and this is what makes you captivating. Some of your quiet strengths like tenacity, courage, trustworthiness, honorable, focused, and intellectual, a critical thinker, and a visionary. None of those words mean perfect or make one perfect, however, they do make one special. Know that we, who love you do not see you as perfect, we love that you are special.
Unless your stars are really unfavorable, most people will willingly oblige. Your openness to unravel unknown information will increase your faith in the certainty of what you know.
