Service quality is part of the elements that customers usually judge in the restaurant, be sure that the overall service quality is excellent and satisfied by the customer (Zeithaml, 1988). In addition, customers think that a service is a standard procedure which they think a restaurant should offer rather than what they offer (Parasuram et al., 1988). Based on Parasuraman et al. (1988), SERVQUAL has been created and an instrument to measure the service quality of restaurant, tangible, reliability, empathy, responsiveness and assurance, five dimensions that combines into SERVQUAL. Studies has shown SERVQUAL been used to assess the service quality in service-related places like fast food restaurant (Caruana et al., 2000; Lee and Lambert, 2000).
