Believe it or not – a poor social life may be contributing to your feeling of loneliness and ill health. Happiness can do a lot for your overall health, and part of being happy is leading an active social life and building healthy human connections with others. So, how often do you spend time with friends enjoying coffee or indulging in your favorite activities? Do you go out of your way to maintain old friendships and create new ones?

We all reach a point in our lives when we realize that our social network isn 't what it once was. You don 't have to take that lying down, though. It 's never too late to put yourself out there and make new friends. It doesn 't have to be as hard as you think either.
