Subject: Happy Partner, Happy Life
The old saying happy wife, happy life has gone around for years and people love to joke about, but in reality – there may be more to it than that. It isn 't just happy wife though, it 's happy partner. It turns out, if your partner in life is a happy person you are more likely to be happy, too. More importantly, that happiness means you are far more likely to be healthy.
People who are in healthier and happier relationships are more likely to practice good behaviors that support their overall health. That means they don 't drink alcohol excessively and they 're even unlikely to smoke cigarettes. Being with someone who is happy and positive makes life a little bit easier, even in the hardest of times. There 's something to be said for a strong romantic relationship that serves you during life 's typical stresses and strains. Your relationship is contagious and that can go either way, which way is yours pushing you?

A friend is an absolutely essential connection to maintain throughout a lifetime. According to the Huffington Post, lack of friendship has been associated with higher chances of a premature death than obesity. Consequently, friendships are required not only for mental health but for longevity.

Indeed, scientific studies have found that happiness can make our hearts healthier, our immune systems stronger, and our lives longer¨ (Greater Good). Knowing you have people you can rely on to be there for you is the best feeling.
I believe that pursuing happiness as a goal has detrimental effects. As a society, we tend to believe that we need to be full of joy at all times, but that isn't realistic - life happens. By attempting to be cheery all the time, you will never be genuinely content. You will always be searching for more and won't be satisfied with what you have, creating a permanent cycle of gloom rather than bliss.
Consider living a life without relationships, or the influence of others. A world without these relationships would be dull, challenging, as well as stressful. Thankfully, relationships are present and nearly inevitable in everyday life. These relationships are important aspects that allow individuals to gain perception of the lives of others. And after advancements in relationships occur, people experience a change in their life.
Marriage helps individuals in staying together at all times despite the difficulties faced in life (Evans, 2014). A home is never one if a family in it is not happy and therefore, the satisfaction of marriage mainly lies in its stability and ability to create
Happy people are more open and easier to approach in public. Additionally, as Susan David states, “In some cases, they even help broaden how we think and act by directing our attention to new information and opportunities” (David 124). By being happy, one is more likely to listen to other people to learn the way they think or feel about a certain thing. Someone is even more likely to accept what is said or even start to feel that way about that particular topic as well. Happiness has other benefits as well.
Technology is getting bigger and bigger each day. With the advance of smart phones, tablets, and laptops it’s become much easier for people to keep in contact with their social media. People can easily stay in touch with friends all the time on Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and Instagram and by texting. Many people are taking advantage of that opportunity and that seems like people are becoming more sociable but actually it is making people less sociable. People are spending too much time on their phones instead of having a face to face conversation.

Social location could be defined in many different ways due to all the aspects that influence it, but mainly it is a person's place in the world based off of things such as race, religion, sexuality, gender, etc. All the factors that influence a person's social location not only tell their standing or place in the world but how they were brought up, who they are looking forward to becoming, and how they will fare in the future. A person's beliefs weigh heavily into social location normally more than most other things later in life, but early on, it's normally the unchangeable things like gender and race. The main things that have contributed to my social location are moving, sexuality, education, and the beliefs I have started to have. Throughout my life I have experienced many different things that have helped me to shape my social location starting with when I moved here at the age of twelve.
