Notably, while discussing about a type of education, the system must consist of certain objectives such as- (a) to acquire the necessary knowledge for living within the social and cultural system; (b) to acquire the understanding of human and non-human life forms; (c) to ensure the moral, spiritual and intellectual development of the personality; (d) to develop the proper sense of civic consciousness and social solidarity and (e) to attain a good life. The school has been entrusted with the work to show students the ways of learning effectively from life, to draw correct conclusions from their lived experiences and to become ones, own educator. However, the system of education in the past were completely opposite to today’s modern educational system. The past educational system was considered a training ground for imitative adjustment and mainly based on bookish knowledge, little use of technological equipment, scholastic atmosphere and were mostly resistant to social change. Notably, in such system, the task was to give education to the younger generation without any need of adjustment, accommodation or reform based on the current needs which in today’s society the case is totally opposite. Thus, he suggests that education has to prepare members of a society to conform on the one hand, and in case of a democratic society, to have the opportunity and scope for individuality on the other.
He asserts that reforming an educational system must not only takes into account the integrated curriculum, but also effective pedagogical approach or educational training that enables the students to effectively function in the modern economy and diverse environments Instead of attaching importance to the quantity information that one acquires such as number of lessons,
