Staying fit is essential to all of us. It’ll keep you healthy in the long run. However, some people are having a hard time trying to stay fit for as long as possible. Time management is a common issue for most people who have jobs or businesses. Little did they know that health is the number one priority in life.

How does that sound for you? Well for me, I think this is kinda innovative, creative and out of the box thinking. I’ve tried this before when I had a long walk from my home to the city mall. It’s kinda far to me, but I’ve been walking long miles since I was young. It would be a little bit fun once you try this yourself.
2 - Do some basic household chores
If you have no time to exercise, it’s impossible that you don’t have time to do household chores. Washing dishes, reorganizing your bedroom, mopping the floor, car washing, laundry, carrying light-heavy things at home, lawn mowing or so could help you maintain getting fit.
I was a guy before who is lazy and refuse to do household chores by my parents. As I’ve grown older, I’ve learned to do the basics in an ongoing basis and it helped increase my stamina while working on my day job. My lady friend also told me before that she was too lazy to exercise, however she managed to stay fit due to her household obligations.
3 - Dance all you want at
Albert einstein is another famous person who took walks. If walking helps you become more productive then why are people transforming their interpretation towards it. The suburbanized psyche can be a factor which is causing people to suppress walking. Solnit states in her essay, “The suburbanization of the American mind has made walking increasingly rare even when it is effective” (263). People really need to realize the positive effects that walking can have on their lives.
There are many ways to increase your activity without even realizing that you are exercising. Parking farther away at the store and taking stairs instead of the elevator are just two easy examples. The study showed that the workers energy levels increased and the workers burned extra calories. I never thought it this way, but it also told us that sitting for two hours cancels out 20 minutes of working out because it creates a 90 percent decrease in enzymes that are used to burn our fat. That was super shocking to me because after working out I always shower and watch television or do something lazy because I feel like I can since I worked out. It was also founded that children that walked to school did better on tests that day.
