Allah Almighty says in Quran, “Do not aggress; God dislikes the aggressors”. To understand Islam’s stance on terrorism, one must refer to its original sources, the Quran and the teachings of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, which are explicit in their prohibition of any form of injustice including that of wanton violence which seeks to instill fear, injury or death to civilians. The Quran turns our attention to the high value of human life, whether it is Muslim or Non-Muslim and makes it absolutely forbidden to take an innocent life unjustly. The gravity of such a crime is equated, in the Quran, with the killing of all humanity. Not only is human life sacred in Islam but the property, wealth, family and dignity of all individuals in society are to be respected and protected. Terrorism uses violence to solve their problems, which spreads panic over society. Using fear in order to gain power is a common method, but in terms of moral correctness, no religion can justify the murdering of large masses of people. Many acts of terrorism still happen today. Terrorism is the use of violence against a person's property. In the 1800's, John Brown was against slavery and fought for what he believed in, but his actions were violent and he terrorized many people. Even though terrorism can be defined in many ways, John Browns actions at Harpers Ferry and Pottawatomie Creek were acts of terrorism, which justify him as a terrorist.
America has gone through difficult times with war, but has gone through harder times with the war on terror. Terrorism is defined as the use of terror or threat. The war on terror became a big deal on December 7, 1941, Pearl Harbor was bombed by hundreds of Japanese fighter planes, but has been a bigger deal since that attack on the Twin Towers in New York City and the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.. Abstract Domestic terrorism is defined as committing criminal terrorist acts in the individual’s own country against other human life. Such acts are intended to coerce or intimidate the civilian population, influence the policies in government, or affect the conduct of the country through assassination, kidnapping, and mass destruction. These acts occur primarily in the United States (White House Briefing Room Statements and Releases, 2021). These acts can be done because of an ideology or political, religious, and racial reasons.

INTRO For hundreds of years, history has recorded countless stories and accounts of people that were willing to sacrifice themselves for their cause. Depending on their cause and which side history was recorded determined if they were the heroes or villains of their time. For the most part, these stories were of men or groups of men dedicated to sacrificing their lives for God, country, and/or family. While there are only a few examples of women during this same time, history finds itself encountering more examples of women willing to fight and even die for their given cause which begs us to ask why we are seeing an increasing use of female combatants as suicide bombers.

Their mission is to murder, demolish and spread fear. Abuse and misinterpretation of any faith in their favor are their mutual interest and shared goals. They support each other globally and they have a common definition of their foes.
Defusing Terrorism Terrorism is the unlawful use of violence and intimidation. It has recently grown into a much bigger issue than it has been in the past. As we look around and see more terrorist groups grow or develop the threats and issues have come to rise to all of society. In an article by William Deloof he said that “the number of total fatalities related to terrorism has risen by 80% since the year before”. Society as a whole needs to be more aware of what is going on outside of our “bubble.”
