To all of us it is easy to love, appreciate and accept yourself, be proud of yourself and happy when we act in accordance with all the standards that we have set for ourselves and which we consider fair, attractive and socially acceptable. But what happens when we fail in that, when some of these standards is not achieved (eg not achieve the desired success in an area that is very important to us, hurt someone, we make mistakes, we act selfishly, leave us a loved one, we feel depressed desperate, angry, scared, embarrassed, etc.), then how to unconditionally accept yourself and that in such situations we love, appreciate and respect yourself as a person?
