Vote For! Vote For! This has become ubiquitous in today’s arena.Everyone wants Power but no one wants to work.What is the main purpose for elections? Is to vote for veteran or for tyro?or For someone who stays firm on the promises made by them during elections?or For a corrupted person or a criminal?.Previously,Voting was a privilege for a citizen but nowadays it has become an onerous.Now its high time and we need a rampant change and Disqualification is one such way that pave our path to attain justice as well as to elect an onus person for the same.
For an individual to contest elections there are reasonable restrictions which he/she has to abide by and keep in mind and if has any malafide intensation and is involved in any malpractice then is disqualified for contesting elections.There are various provisions that take into account the various stimulation that govern qualification and disqualification to contest election.All the provisions are segregated accordingly to the post of contesting election.
