Nowadays, wearable technology has become famous and being general around young people. It is not just for young generation, home or kids use but is also being adopted into the business world. These wearable technologies is constantly updated and it will not stop renewal whether we are ready or not. There are a few examples of wearable technologies such as smartphone, smartwatches, Fitness Trackers, Head-Mounted Displays and etc. In my opinion, wearable technology not only becomes a necessary tool for people’s life, but also has certain importance in business, medicine and even national development. There are a few ways for using wearable technology to corporate training their employees such as efficient use of company resources, thorough understanding of product knowledge training, and the immersive task simulation. For efficient use of company resources, wearable technology significantly reduce company’s training cost. It is because its cut down the training seasons for the hole year, which is decrease employee’s training hours. It has also been given an opportunity for organizations to manage their employees.
