The friend mentioned to Brown that the elderly man’s wallet was thick. Several days later, Brown drove up alone to the victims home in his green Chevrolet Blazer. On 06/14/2017 around 1750 hours, I, Officer Burkes, responded to a report of a suspicious person knocking on a door at 1504 Homestead Blvd. The caller stated that a white male was bleeding all over her door and asking her to call 911. When I arrived on scene, I noticed a white male, later identified as Alex Schesny, sitting between the screen door and steele door. I asked Alex to get up and walk out to the back of my patrol car. The reader is almost swept up in the terror and fear the house feels by Bradbury’s skillful description of the many voices of the house that notice the fire: “[...] while the voices took it up in chorus: "Fire, fire, fire!” (Bradbury 3). The house tried desperately to contain and quell the fire, but ultimately started malfunctioning.

On 06-05-2016 at 1143 hours I was dispatched to 2525 Barron Road in reference to a subject in the road yelling. Upon my arrival in the area I located Danny Wilson in the back yard of 2525 Barron Road spraying himself with a water hose. Wilson was acting irate and appeared to be under the influence of narcotics. Wilson was asked multiple times what kind of drugs he had used and he advised marijuana and methamphetamine. Wilson was complaining it was extremely hot and was spraying himself with water and was advising people where chading him.
