My site that I am sharing with you guys talks about Inmate Behavior Management, the goal the prisons have is to keep inmates safe besides the Correctional officers its there job to control inmates and also to keep visitors safe. Effectively managing inmate behavior is critical to achieving this goal, they try to control inmates solely trough physical containment,hardware-locks,steel doors,security glass,and alarm systems. However if inmate behavior is managed effectively,jails can be a good workplace for staff,it can be a safe and also a clean environment for inmates,and a valuable highly regard place for the community.
