Software suites and software integrated packages are softwares that merge more than an application in one program, which provides services like spreadsheet, word processing and database management. Other applications like presentation graphics, page layout, address book, calendar, paint and many helpful applications and services are offered and included in a software suite. Moreover, integrated packages contain a common launching pad, which helps users access their work easily. The integrated packages have been so common and successful at a certain time, but in 1975 Bill Gates, the richest man in the world today, came up with a software suite called “Microsoft”. All computer users in the work see Microsoft as a necessity to access and manage their work or life. Bill Gates’ invention is one of the most beneficial inventions in the 21st century that always stays up to date and upgraded with computer users’ demand. Integrated software was used early before they invented suites like (office), in fact it was used and a reason for the rise of the IBM computers, but it had many disadvantages because it was personal so not everyone was able to use it unless they modify it for their own, it was hard for one user to master more than two programs, because each program had its own keystrokes and sequence. Furthermore you had to load the program from a floppy disk and so it was hard for a person to navigate between two programs at the same time. Another advantage is that the software of data gets reduced which is evident in the fact that several software packages allow saving and direct controlling of obtained raw files or data that can accommodate a whole laboratory repositories and recovers all important data wanted for quantification from original and first saved files. Every good thing comes with a bad things and this is applied here in integrated packages too, where the disadvantages of integrated packages of software are that every component for basic functions, it does not match what other companies or people are using which frustrates people because they can’t get their work done easily. Moreover, integrated software costs $200 to buy an individual application that means that if you need to buy 5 programs that will mean $100000. Moreover, people have to buy the full packages that sometimes do not include things they necessarily need. Eventually many users make a mistake by buying a full-featured same features
