The number of a car accident in Thailand has been increasing every year; therefore, this situation can reflect that in nowadays, only the performance of the driver to drive the vehicle isn’t enough, people still have some mistake; thereby, using the technology to decrease the opportunity that makes car accident happen is the good way to do. ITS or Intelligent Transportation System is the technology that helps human have easier when they are driving; although in the present ITS is close to human life, it has been adapted in transport system but there are a few of people know what is it, there are some positive effects of ITS which people should know. The first effect which is ITS makes people get more convenience. Every human prefers more convenience in their life; so, ITS is the answer to the transportation’s convenience. Infrastructure damage is the annoying problem that people who share the road breast, most of the truck are an overcharge, their weight is heavy than the standard that the road can support; therefore, the quality of the road has been ruined, the pothole will happen which can be dangerous for motorists. The system of ITS has been developed for solving this problem, the system that reduces the damage is weight-in-motion systems which help the authority to measure the size, the type and weight of the vehicles that pass the route for control to the vehicle that has heavy load can’t pass the direction [1]; thereby, it declines the damaging of the infrastructure. Moreover, not only the overcharge vehicle will damage the roadway but it also increases the cost to repair the road as well. According to the cost of it tends to expensive; so, the best way is reducing the infrastructure damage for no need to repair
