Human Resource Management Student: Vera Lopez LP1.1: Strategic Plan Paper Human Resource Management strategy must match the organizations goals. Human Resource Management is operated as a company within itself in which policies and activities are established and measured within the mission and strategic objectives of the organization. The scope is to assist with all activities related to staffing and maintaining an effective workforce (Bernardin, & Russell, 2013). One critical area involving Human Resource is organizational design that is critical for an organizations overall strategic plan. Organizational design is defined as “the arrangement of work tasks based on the interaction of people, technology, and the tasks to be performed in the context of the mission, goals, objectives, and strategic plan of the organization” (Bernardin & Russell, 2013, p.11).

Introduction: Genetically modified organisms can be defined as organisms in which the DNA has been changed in a way that does not occur naturally by any reproduction procedure. The enviropig is just one of many organisms that they did experiments on to modify it to have specific (needed) outcomes. The reason for genetic modification is to be able to change a product or organism so that it deliver desirable traits. The enviropig was created to solve the problem of pigs not being able to absorb enough phosphorous from their diet, which then in its turn contributes to the larger factor of pollution.
While other companies were focused on marketing their sites and increasing advertising revenues, Google stripped the search page of all distractions and presented a blank page with a search box. Larry Page knew that ads and advertisements simply annoyed their customer. This devotion to its customer gave it a market advantage compared to other sites since people will now trust google more and use it more often. This mindset and vision set by Larry page is also reflected in the mindset of all Google workers. Aside from this, Google is also dedicated to keeping their employees happy.
