From the very first day of my internship program I realized that I will not have calm days there. It is important to start with my supervisor Mukazhan Rymzhanovich, who holds the position of the Head of the Office of the Chairman of the Management Board (sounds strange). He was responsible for all the activities and challenges that were not under the jurisdiction of other Departments and Services, as well as for taking care of the Chairman’s day to day tasks. Fortunately, this job experience broke all those cliches and stereotypes, by illustrating the multifaceted nature of the work. This place provides opportunities, it gives birth to many challenges that either shapes you (in a good way), or provides answers to many internal question like: why I am here? What is the purpose of being here? What I am good at? And many more. By meeting new people, by learning their experiences and ambitions you start to view yourself in a different way.
