1.1 Background of the study
Every Student from business administration has to do the Internship two months program with the purpose of learning how to do work practically and how to implement their knowledge gained in past so far as a business student. Two months internship program is a great experience or chance for every student of business administration to get practical experiences of the theoretical knowledge that we have learned and stored in memory in our three years academic life. For improving practical knowledge from academic memory based on a specific subject or task the internship program should be done. I have done my internship as a supervisor in the Marketing department of Mohsin Traders Distributor Unilever Pakistan Limited.
Now a time the brands of Unilever Pakistan Limited like Surf excel with Arial, Luxwith safeguard, are in fierce rivalries with that of other multinational FMCGs’ companies that are Procter and Gamble (P&G), Reckitt Benckiser (RB), Nestle, Novartis, Colgate Palmolive (CP) and some others as well. In order to stand out from the competition and hold more credibility, Unilever Pakistan must ensure that their brands are certified and recommended by top dermatologists and dentists as general public highly depend on the advice provided by these specialists. This is the key highlighted area of this report.
