This results in another contradiction that teachers face. The perception of the people who learn from them or has a child taught by them. A child might not realize the teacher is a rough person, but a parent might and will have a discussion with that teacher. The teacher has to decide how to act because of the conflicting views between the child and the parent(s). The teacher has to decide on how to act on best to help the child and satisfy the parents at the same time.

I think we should change the way of testing because it causes stress to lots people. The way we test takes up time that could be used to learn something new. The first piece of evidence that I have, is that the tests cause stress to many people. The text stated, “Tests cause lots of stress and anxiety to people.” Some reasons are that parents believe that teachers have been “teaching to the test” throughout the years. It states that when teachers get stressed about the tests, they stress out the students.
The main focus of this article is the idea that everyday individual’s experience situations in which interpersonal relationships can be considered maltreatment. This maltreatment may seem insignificant but even at such a small level, it can actually affect someone greatly and dehumanize them. This can be applied to a real life example. A student interacting with their teacher and his/her peers can often elicit the effects of dehumanization. For a student, speaking in front of the class can be scary enough, however, how they are treated in their interpersonal relationships can affect how they feel about themselves.
All of them are related to one another. But, among all the above factors, the teacher has the most important role for efficient and quality learning. Markley (2011) stated that Good and qualified teachers are essential for efficient functioning of educational systems and for enhancing the quality of learning. A good teacher and actions to be taken on his part in the classroom play a vital role in provoking effective and efficient learning on the part of the students.
