Eventually, some of the thoughts that we have got used to become useless due to its replacement with more persuasive ones. Persuasion does not come out of the blue.

It is because this skill is related to the way you communicate and interact with the people around you on a day to day basis. For example when employers are hiring people, this skills is one of the skills they will look at to evaluate the candidates. People with this skills is said to be more successful in not only their professional life but also in their personal lives.
Strengths: Qiana greets the client in a polite and a professional tone. From here, she confirms the username we have on file for the client and does a good job directing the client back to the website to try to login with the information provided. She makes a helpful suggestion of writing down the login info and it helps build rapport with the client. She is sure to inquire if the client has any additional questions before ending the call on a polite note.
Interpersonal listening: is the power to interpret things and to make healthy communication. A person that listens properly can transfer the accurate message to the specified person or to any receiver. If we listen properly we can effectively accomplish our assigned activities. Listening can prevent unnecessary mistakes. That is why people say, before you talk, think twice.
Skills such as strong customer service, exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, efficient time management, working well under pressure, excelling in a fast paced environment, anticipating guests needs, patience, and being a team player. Case in point, my job as a server revolved almost entirely around talking, listening, and interacting with a diversity of people. This constant interaction taught me the importance of not only verbal communication but more importantly, non-verbal communication. Over the years, I perfected the ability to “read people like a book”. I could decipher a guests dining experience by only analyzing their facial expressions or body language.
Summary: This report contains the importance of transferable skills. It shows the importance of recognizing and identifying one’s personal and soft skills so as it becomes a benefit to your employer in meeting his business objectives and also helping one grow in his career path. When the person is in thoughtful way his reply to the message depends on the merits of message and when the persons is in mindlessly way takes the decision how attractive the speakers speaks or the he communicate his message and also reaction of the receiver is important. Elements of persuasive message: 1. Understand the audience: The communicator should identify the decision maker and make him a centre of influence.
Furthermore, in the society or in any social circle where young learners operate, the ability to speak and to listen is crucial in the development of their total personality and eventually social horizon. Children need to speak what they need, feel, and think to be addressed, helped, and understood. Good speaking and listening skills have benefits in one’s personal life which includes wider social circles, improved self-esteem and confidence, favorable academic work and more. In addition to these, Palmer (2014) mentioned in the introduction of his book, Teaching the Core Skills of Listening and Speaking, that making students listen a lot does not automatically make them good listeners, and occasionally making them speak in front of the class does not automatically make them good speakers.
