I interviewed my microeconomic professor Tia McDonald during her office hours on October 31, 2016. I asked her three questions about plagiarism. First, I asked her why people care about plagiarism. She gives the response that if people want use someone’s ideas or opinions, they should give the credit to the author, and it is a kind of respect to the author. In addition she mentioned when people try to paraphrase the sentences, it can help people understand the meaning better and improve themselves. Second, I asked her what can do to avoid plagiarism.
