When I was in the car, heading to the workplace of my parent where the interview was scheduled to be conducted at 2:00 pm, I was nervous and wished the interview happened at another date. However, I kept reminding myself many times, that the earlier I have this interview finished, the better it is for me since I do not have to worry about it anymore. Also, I was worried that my cellphone would not record the interview. I wished that I had not thought whether my cellphone would record or not on the day of the interview. As well, I wished I had not prepared the day before and the day of the interview. When I was at the place of the interview, I was walking back and forth probably because I was nervous to conduct the interview.
Don Taylor came exactly at 2:00 pm as he said he would. When I shook his hands and he was in my presence, I was not that nervous. I regret that I was not as clear and concise when I told him about what the project was. …show more content…

He is willing and will be more than happy to help anyone like myself if he could. When the interview was over, he asked if there was anything else, and to contact him if I ever wanted to learn more about how to be a good leader, have the interview again and required his help. He wished me well and hoped he presents me the diploma and shakes my hand at my graduation from College of Central Florida as he is one of the board of directors of the college. From the experience, I certainly learned a lot. I learned that I should be prepared days before something big like this takes place and for anything else. As well, I learned what makes a good leader which I agree with. The interview will influence whether I want to hold a leadership position and if I do, how to do a good job at it. Also, it was cool to learn that my parent is good friends with someone who is a board of directors of the college I attend and the college I am doing the project
