INTRODUCTION

Issues related to social responsibility and sustainability are becoming more important, especially in today’s economic and social environment, or as a whole in the business sector. Business aims are inextricable from the communities and environments within which they operate. Whilst short-term economic gain can be aspired, the failure to be considered for longer term social and environmental significance makes those business practices unfeasible.

Business sustainability is all about to fulfill the needs and wants of one’s customers, clients and stakeholder universally in a social trustworthy and thus, an economic effective manner accordingly. There are studies analyzed the factors that affect the preference of the most suitable strategy and indicate the level of development a company aims to achieve (Van Marrewijk, 2010 and Van Bommel, 2011). Companies with a low level of innovation normally will opt for defensive strategy, while organizations with higher level of innovation are competent to execute offensive strategies. However, businesses are free to decide on strategies for specific products or services and they can be varied. Boost gave the entire school a much needed make-over, building desks, library seats, and new blackboards, netball and volleyball posts and outdoor seating. The renovation was quoted as being the equivalent of what would have taken 12 years to complete and changed the lives of over 120 students in the Vuniyasi district.
