IS FASHION IMPORTANT? Fashion didn’t start today or yesterday but started thousands of years ago. A lot of different people from different countries were doing fashion which changed their lifestyle for example Dishdasha cloth worn by the Arabs, Liz Ramon-Prado designed it. Not only the Dishdasha cloth but also miniskirt designed by Mary Quant who gained life from fashion. Other is Dr.Martens.
Dishdasha was also known as a thwab, besht, kandura or suriyah, the Dishdasha is a long robe traditionally worn around the Arab gulf. In the west, we tend to shade our layers in summer but the loose-fitting thwab actually helps you keep cool in countries with hot desert territory. Dishdasha is a very expensive cloth worn by Arab men.

Culture is the building block for life. It sets society's standards, it sets our own standards, and everything we know is all because of our culture. Culture is a way of thinking, a way of behaving and learning. We express our opinions based upon our beliefs, and define ourselves by what aspects of our culture we choose to show. Culture's impact on someone's perspective of others and the world is greater than its other influencers because it can change how you interact with people, your ability to change, and your opinions of the world.

Growing up I remember from a very early age being completely captivated by Fashion. My love for Fashion has continued to follow me from the early experiences of watching the red carpets of award shows and being completely infatuated with the ladies long gowns and the vibrant colors of the dresses. To following me through elementary school and loving Art and being able to put colors together to the people in my life always taking notice from an early age, this has continued to follow me all through my academic journey and even to where I am today.

Men began to stray away from formal suits for casual occasions, and experimented with bright bold shirts underneath sleek suits. Color pop accessories sometimes followed. The flamboyant look was in, signalled by wider trousers and lapels, like those belonging to the blue checked Tommy Nutter. Since 1830, when Liverpool Rubber Company made the first sneaker, many people started to catch on. Also, many entrepreneurs such as Chuck Taylor have been big reasons of how sneakers have become so popular.
