Obese people are at a constant risk of contracting various diseases. An obese person has a lot of accumulated fat in the body and it can have a negative effect on the health of the person in more than one way. If you are obese, you are more prone to contracting diseases such as Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, osteoarthritis, obstructive sleep apnea, gastro-intestinal problems and various types of cancer.
