When most people think of a hero they think of a tall muscular man, but have you ever thought of their personalities? In the epic poem, Odyssey by Homer Odysseus and his men go on a long gruelling journey. At every turn they are battling some type of evil, but that doesn't stop him from getting home to his wife and and family. Odysseus is loyal and clever. Odysseus is loyal. For example the author showed how odysseus was loyal when he said “I have fought only to save my life, but my man's life's too.” this shows he was there for his men through their long journey.
