Scientist Isaac Newton, was also an english physicist, mathematician, philosopher and an astronomer. Newton was most famous for coming up with the law of gravitation in the 17th century. Isaac Newton was born on January 4th, 1643 in the small village of Woolsthorpe, England. Isaac’s dad, also named Isaac Newton was a farmer who died 3 months before his son Isaac was born. Isaac was born premature, was tiny and weak, and was not expected to survive. When Isaac was three years old, his mom Hannah Ayscough married a churchman named Barnabas Smith. When Hannah and Barnabas got married, Hannah went to live with Barnabas, leaving her young son Isaac with maternal grandmother. This left a huge scar on Isaac, and even drove him to threaten to burn
