1.0 INTRODUCTION.
Islam is the religion of truth revealed by God through the Prophet Muhammad. In the lead adherents, there are guidelines in the form of Al-Quran and Hadith that will guide people to the right path. One of the guidelines it is the duty of man to obey all the orders for a better life and stay away from all prohibitions to prevent itself from a disgraceful act. In the course of the dynamics of human life, it turns out people do not live alone. For that man was created by God as social beings because they are created each have advantages and disadvantages. Leadership here is more directed to the religion of Islam and the principles that have been there in the Qur'an and the example of the Prophet Muhammad. Leadership (leadership) of Islam here will reveal how the meaning and purpose of leadership it so that it will have a significant impact on the outlook and mental attitude of a group of people or individuals that have been lost. Leader in Arabic means "imam". Leader is someone who holds a higher position in their respective fields and is able to influence someone to do something on his behalf. In this paper, we also will discuss more about leadership; the authority that includes a right to command a situation, commit resources, give orders and expect them to be obeyed, it is always accompanied by an equal responsibility for one's actions or a failure to act. The function of Islamic leadership theories usually it base from the foundations of Islamic leadership from the Qur’an and the hadith. There are three types of function under of Islamic leadership theories that are used in the 10 article. That function it is trust, responsibility and accountability. Many authors have studied the relationship between leadership management theories and religion. Religion is a major factor in shaping the values, behaviour, ethics, and moral leaders of the organization. Qualitative correlation study examined the relationship between Islam and the leadership of a leader and leadership practices. The possibility exists that religious traditions may produce quite different patterns of organization and management style have been observed. Based on the summary on the articles, there are a few theories that have been implemented in leadership behaviour.
