Moreover, it should be noticed that when the hotel is very busy and employees get tired because of work in the hot weather (Eilat is the hottest city of Israel), our managers always come to provide us with soft drinks, some milkshakes and cold coffee. Actually, it is very pleasant when someone thinks about you and appreciates your activity. Another benefit for members of Isrotel is that if you are an employee in this hotel chain, you get a discount via your employee card for staying and entertaining in each hotel of the chain. There is no difference in which position and department you work, you have a 25% discount right for each product and service of hotels. The Isrotel hotel chain has also several bars. The most well known are the Three Monkeys.
