a. Strength
In global market, Jaguar Land Rover has been the most successful brand worldwide. The most common strength of Jaguar Land Rover is that they are the leading brand known for their luxurious design from exterior to interior. Just this year, Jaguar Land Rover has been awarded with four SEMTA Skills Awards at a ceremony held in London for their best engineering products. In addition, the company also build their first new automotive manufacturing plant over at Brazil which come with educational and business centre. The function of this local plant could be able to produce up to a capacity of 24,000 Jaguar Land Rover which is like what currently India and China is doing now. Jaguar Land Rover can only highly depend on the daily fluctuation of the currency rate as it is usually the disadvantage when cars are exported oversea in the global competitor markets.
