On Sunday 01/28/2018 at approximately 0146 I Officer A. Rodriguez #217 was dispatched to Momentum Village apartment #10106 (located at 7037 Islander Way Corpus Christi, Texas 78412 which is a part of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi) about an individual that was in apartment 10106 D not a roommate or an invited guest. Upon arrival I activated body camera #3 and knock on the door. An individual by the name of Christopher Potter (student/resident/reporting party) answered the door stating that he heard noise coming from his roommate 's room which is out of town. On Wednesday 10-14-15 at approximately 1700 hours I Officer Hildebrand and Sgt. Hard were advised by dispatch that Debra Vanblaricom was at the station asking to talk to an officer. Debra wished to report an assault on her granddaughter. We met with Debra in the Police Department to speak with her. Debra stated that she feared for her granddaughter 's safety.
On 12/7/16, at 1008 hours, I, Officer Humphries #335, was met in the lobby of the Bladensburg Police Department by a citizen who wanted to file a stolen cellular telephone report. Upon interviewing Mr. Angela Roscoe, reporting person who stated that on 12/7/16, Mr. Benjamin Allen stolen his cellular telephone an Apple, IPhone 6 white in color with a black case. Mr. Roscoe stated that Mr. Allen, is his boyfriend, and he also through food all throughout the residence doing an argument the estimated cost of the IPhone 6 $300.00. Mr. Roscoe was issued a case number in reference to the incident.
On 11-14-2015 at about 2106 hours I was dispatched to a domestic violence report at the Emerald Point Condos at 31900 104th AVE SE; H102, Auburn/King/Wa. Enroute dispatch advised the reporting party/victim, Lizbeth Nunez Santana was calling to report that she was assaulted by her husband. The incident occurred about two hours prior and the husband was no longer at the residence. I arrived at the address and contacted Lizbeth and her cousin, Maribel Chavez. Throughout my conversation with Lizbeth it was clear that she was very upset, she had to stop speaking several times as she was crying and upset with the situation.
On Sunday, March 13, 2013, at approximately 1926 hours, I responded to Conyers Police Department, 1194 Scott Street, for a previous Rape incident. I arrived on scene and met with complainant, Victoria Imafidon. Imafidon advised me she was taken advantage of sexually by her pastor at the New Trinity Assemblies. Imafidon stated his name is Emanuel Ayoola Olufowote or Ayoola Michel Kofi Olufowote. Imafidon stated she was sexually in February by Olufowote.
This complaint is based upon the allegation of sexual harassment, disruptive, hostile work environment & racial discrimination filed by Brandy Stockton against Dr. Gregory McClain, stemming from their working relationship at the University of Missouri Hospital. Stockton received repeated harassing / threatening phone calls, some of which started the day Dr. McClain resigned subsequent to a peer review. The caller threatened to chop her up and deliver the pieces to her family. A criminal case has been presented to the Cole County Prosecutor against McClain by the M.U. Police Department. They identified an individual in Texas as the probable source of harassing / threatening calls.

Haraway’s body was never found nor was it proven she was kidnapped supporting her disappearance.
At 1422 hours Rutledge entered the store and purchased several items before exiting the store. I was unable to access the station 's records to see the amounts of purchase at pump four or at the counter. Borjorquez was unable to transfer the video from the store onto a useable format so I used a camera to record the video from the monitor. I later placed the video into evidence at the Rancho San Diego Station. On 7-8-15 I contacted the victim, Cathy Smith, who emailed me a copy of her credit card statement showing two pending charges $1.00 and $15.57.
On Monday 06/27/16 at 2148 hours I was dispatched for an assault at Cedar Ridge Apartments located at 30819 124th Ave SE in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Dispatch advised the reporting person, Amber Archer, stated a male was hitting children with a cane. When I arrived I observed several people in a group speaking with Officer T. Minkler. Officer Minkler pointed to a male, a stated he was a possible witness and father to one of the victims.
On 3/17/17 at 1005 hrs, I was dispatched to the PD lobby in reference to harassing phone calls. Upon my arrival, I made contact with the complainant Victoria Wert and her boyfriend, Bradley Palmer. Wert advised Palmer’s ex-girlfriend, Alexus Smith has been texting her since 9/27/16 to 3/17/17, during this time Wert advised she did not text her Smith once, and her text messages are rude and unwanted. Wert advised she did not receive any concerning messages until 3/17/17 at 0930 hrs.
10 Investigative Skills (7PA0006337) - Officer Stark responded to a PC211-Robbery radio call at 1038 E. Colorado Blvd. The comments of the call stated 2 Female Asians and 2 Male Asians pushed the Victim out of his wheelchair and took his wallet containing $25. Stark responded to the location, even though it was out of his beat, and asked me if he could handle the call. I advised the beat Officer that we would handle the incident for training. As we entered the Rite Aid, the Victim was sitting in his wheelchair directly in front of the exit.
On Sunday 01/08/17 at 0312 hours I was dispatched to a physical domestic at 1551 8th ST NE apartment #A in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Dispatch advised the reporting person, Amanda Silverman, stated she there was a physical fight with pushing between she and her ex-boyfriend, Kalvin Rutagengwa. I met with Amanda outside her apartment. Amanda said at about 0210 hours Kalvin, who she had been dating for the past year and half, came to her residence. Amanda explained Kalvin did not live with her, but he was invited tonight.
On 12/09/2015, at approximately 1518 hours, this Officer received a call via radio and directed to Main and Lloyd Street for a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle. This officer and Officer Brown responded to the scene. When Officers arrived on scene I observed a 93 year old female lying in the middle of Main Street (State Route 924). The female was later identified as Agnes E. Ferguson (DOB: 7/24/22) who resides at 37 West Coal Street Shenandoah, PA 17976. A silver Subaru was stationary in the northbound lane of Main Street (SR 924) near Agnes.
On October 23, 2015, at approximately 2050hrs I made contact with Austin Quinn at the Brookfield Police Department in reference to petit larceny. Quinn was arrested on sight. I read Quinn his Miranda Rights at approximately 2055hrs. Quinn advised on 10/17/2015, at approximately 2000hrs, Dallas Epperson and himself went to Wal-Mart in Brookfield to buy a drink. Quinn advised Epperson had got his ears pierced and bought something at Wal-Mart but didn’t know what Epperson bought.
