Reason: Janno found an interning position at the Indasoul Entertainment as a Marketing Intern. He chooses to work at this company because he believed this would be a great opportunity to help him expand his knowledge and prepare for his future career as a manager in the entertainment industry. He was doing great so far that he has met all the requirements and deadlines from his supervisor. As working at the small company with no employees, just only Erika’s as the intern and the owner. After 6th weeks of the internship, the owner gave him the keys to the office that she did not need to come in regularly if she had other things to do. Erika can create tasks and organize the office in the way that he wants without any supervision from his boss. Erika felt unsatisfied with his boss as to seem careless to what he had done for her business. Even, the owner has offered him a permanent job after the internship is completed, but he would love her to show that she cared more about his work. In chapter 7.1, Makarsky defines decision making is probably the one element of a manager 's job that can clearly determine success or failure. In this case, I think the decision-making is really important for his future, whether he wants to stay in this business or not. Since he has mentioned that his boss is the type of careless person, so by working with this person may affect for his future in professional life.
