There is 4 seasons in Japan, which is spring, summer, autumn and winter. And Japan nearby North Korea, South Korea, China and Russia. The total land area of Japan is 377,959 square kilometers. Tokyo is the capital city of Japan. The population of Japan is 127,290,000. The main religion in Japan is Shinto, Buddhism, and Christianity. The language they are using is Japanese.
Nippon or Nihon is the Japanese name of Japan. Definition of Nippon is “Land of the Rising Sun”. The name of Nippon given because Japan located at the east of China, which is the direction of sun rise. For the English name “Japan” come from the Malay word “Jepang”. The most famous tourism destination in Japan is Kinkaku-ji or the Temple of the Golden Pavilion. The pavilion was a retirement villa and built in the late 14th century for the Shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu. A monk infatuated with the pavilion and burnt down the pavilion in 1950. After five year, the pavilion was rebuilt exactly the same before the pavilion burned. And the whole building covered by the gold leaf.
The tallest mountain in Japan is Mount Fuji. The height of Mount Fuji is 3,776 meters (12,388 ft). Mount Fuji still is an active volcano, and the exceptionally symmetrical cone is the symbol of Japan. Mount Fuji attracted photographers, climber and sightseers.
