There is no information on if he claimed any victims while there but it is very likely. After only 2 years of service, Dahmer was discharged due to his severe drinking problem which led him to moving to his grandma’s house in Milwaukee. Dahmer had a pretty long cool off time until he struck again in 1987 which was nine years after his first murder. His second victim was 24-year-old Steven Toumi, Jeffrey met him at a nightclub and conversed with him, later on he convinced Steven to spend the night in his hotel room which was a terrible idea. Once in the room Jeffrey gave Steven a drink that he made which contained multiple crushed up sleeping pills. Dahmer woke up the next morning with no recollection of any events that went down the night before. He transported the body to his Grandmother’s basement, then proceeded to engage in necrophilia, masturbating over Toumi’s dismembered remains.
