Jeffery Dahmer is considered to a serial killer because he murdered seventeen victims in more than three separate events in more than three separate locations. Jeffery Dahmer killed his first victim Steven Hicks on June eighteenth nineteen seventy eight. On November twentieth nineteen eighty seven he killed his second victim Steven Tuomi. On January sixteenth nineteen eighty eight he killed his third victim James Doxtator.
