Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer was born on May 21, 1960. His parents are Lionel and Joyce Dahmer. He has only one sibling; a younger brother named David. He is obviously known for being a serial killer who strangled, dismembered, sometimes ate, and sometimes kept souvenirs of his victims. He is known as the ‘Milwaukee Cannibal’ because he did most of the killings in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and he ate parts of his victims. It is said that when he was younger, there were signs of issues. After he had a surgery to correct his double hernia at age 4, he turned from the happy, energetic child he was to a more withdrawn, tense child. He was posted to Germany after enlisting. Although it is not believed that Dahmer killed while in Germany, German authorities investigated the possible connections between him and the murders that occurred in Germany. After he was discharged from the army, he returned to Ohio. He was arrested later that year for disorderly conduct. His father sent him to live with his grandmother in Wisconsin after this happened. Jeffrey was arrested the following summer for indecent exposure. He was a sex offender because of these events. He was arrested in 1986 when two boys accused him of masturbating in front of them. For that, he received a 1 year probationary sentence. September in 1987, a year later, Dahmer took his second victim. After the second victim, Dahmer killed again and again until he was arrested in 1991. The last man that he tried to murder was named Tracy Edwards, 32. Edwards escaped from Dahmer and was wondering the streets with a handcuff attached to his wrist. Police saw him and he told them that a ‘weird dude’ had drugged him and tried to kill him. The police took Edwards back to Dahmer. Jeffrey offered to get the handcuff keys while the officer went looking for the knife Edwards claimed to be attacked
