Watching Jeopardy with my boyfriend really illustrates our learning patterns working against each other and with each other at the same time. He loves this show. My grandpa did as well and they are a lot alike. Unlike watching with my grandpa, I can interact with Ivan (my boyfriend) when Jeopardy is on. Our Confluent pattern similarities allow him to find humor in my spouting off answers at random that clearly are not correct. His Precision pattern causes him to know many of the answers and of course correct me. The one area that find myself knowing more of the answers than he does is when the questions are about music and pop culture.
