I believe that exploratory design is the best approach for me to take since I will be able to collect employee’s background information to help me understand better what motivates employees to feel more satisfied and engage at any restaurant job. For the purpose of my research and to measure the levels of job satisfaction in the restaurant industry, I decided to collect my data in a standardized form and using a survey sampling method. According to the authors of the research methods for criminal justice and criminology book, survey sampling method can be defined as a data collection method that applies a standard instrument in a systematic way to take measurements from a large number of units. Therefore, the administration of questionaries to my target population can help me get a better insight of the overall employee’s attitudes, opinions and concerns towards their job satisfaction within the restaurant industry. Each individual who participated in the survey was informed of the purpose of the study and gave informed consent before participating in the survey. Participants were told that there was no foreseeable risk associated with the study and that they could stop the survey at any moment if they didn't feel comfortable answering any questions from the survey. On the other hand and to protect the privacy of the participants, anonymity and confidentiality were also guaranteed to all participants of the study, and were also informed that data collected from the surveys was going to be coded and remain completely confidential. Finally, most of the participants who were ask to complete the survey took approximately 10 to 12 minutes to complete the questionnaire regarding restaurant’s employee job

Article-Nutrition and Exercise among Patient with Bipolar Among the many mental illnesses individuals suffer from, bipolar disorder (BPD) is one of the most disabling mood disorders. It is chronic condition that is linked with a substantial personal and societal cost along with general medical comorbidities, including dyslipidemia, hypertension, diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular disease (Kilbourne, Rofey, McCarthy, Post, Welsh, & Blow, 2007). Thirdly, I believe that flexibility is very important today with the employees, because if the working hours are not flexible, they tend to either do not prefer working here or when they get the opportunity they move out. So if wee summarize, in my experience I believe that wages, growth and flexibility are the main reasons that cause turnover in the
An advantage of conducting a Survey is that it allows the researcher to collect a large amount of data over a short period of time. They can also be created and administered quickly and easily. A disadvantage of a Survey is that often times the answer choice on a survey may not reflect the participants true opinion. Case Study is a research method in which is single person is directly observed. This study is an open ended type of data collection.

Relative intensity, on the other hand, can be quantified as a proportion of an athlete's maximum speed, or by a physiologic variable such as percentage of maximum heart rate or percent heart rate reserve. Intensity is generally considered to be the most critical factor of training. Within the training process, the correct balance of low-, medium-, and high-intensity training is critical to the adaptation process and if too much moderate- or high-intensity training is undertaken, there is a significant risk of fatigue which may lead to over-reaching or

Medical Research has the potential to advance society and make life better for everyone in it. However, the ends cannot justify the means; the rights of the subjects of research cannot be violated no matter the possible benefit to mankind. Despite this, time and time again, it has been very easy for, at least allegedly well-meaning scientists to violate the rights of their research subjects because they wanted to help society as a whole. Such experiments were not performed in secret by a minority of scientists; they were often done “by respected investigators at leading medical institutions and were published in medical journals (Scandals and Tragedies 3). " It is vital that we understand the circumstances of these experiments and why they happened so

Also, sleep quality of both groups were measured using mean activity, sleep latency, number of awakenings, sleep efficiency and total sleep time, as measured by 10 nights of actigraphy. Participants were randomly selected children from the Regional Autism Center. The ASD cohort of 59 children aged 4 to 10 years were compared with 40 typically developing control subjects.
