Mumford doesn’t prioritise the needs but concentrating on all the needs after a person selecting the job. After a person opted for a job, he fully wants to use his Ideas, innovations and knowledge. By that knowledge employee work towards achievement, this will eventually grab him recognition and further promotions. Few of the employees’ intention is to prove themselves and grab the attention by their smart work. That is a reason they opt for a meaningful job to stand alone from the crowd. Moral needs are a stage when someone has proven themselves as they are capable of doing the task perfectly. Then they are considered to be an important asset of the organisation. They gain an advantage to get treated on their own
