Mumford doesn’t prioritise the needs but concentrating on all the needs after a person selecting the job. After a person opted for a job, he fully wants to use his Ideas, innovations and knowledge. By that knowledge employee work towards achievement, this will eventually grab him recognition and further promotions. Few of the employees’ intention is to prove themselves and grab the attention by their smart work. That is a reason they opt for a meaningful job to stand alone from the crowd. Moral needs are a stage when someone has proven themselves as they are capable of doing the task perfectly. Then they are considered to be an important asset of the organisation. They gain an advantage to get treated on their own

Without knowing what is important to students, attempting to recruit them would be fruitless without blind luck. At the same time, it also points to the importance of improving the satisfaction of current students in order to reach potential students. One of the strengths of this article is that it thoroughly questions actual students on what is important to them in their educational experiences and their level of satisfaction both overall and in those specific areas. At the same time, one of the weaknesses (that they do identify in the article) is that not every factor of student satisfaction can be taken into consideration. Examples that they provide is the influence of the prestige of the institution, price and student grades.
Moreover, it might require a constant responsibility to, and reflection upon individual qualities and moral practices that impact ethical choice making. Moral courage must be produced and fortified through general application. It is noted that healthcare experts need to perceive their obligation to address unethical practices in the work environment. At the point when attendants are guided in creating moral courage, they come to learn and grab hold of new practices, for example, making a move when unethical practices are observed.
Inequality of conditions means the unequal distribution of income such as job income, wealth, and resources, etc. Inequality of opportunities means the unequal distribution of life chances such as education, find the better job, etc. (Ashley Crossman, 2017). There are some social inequalities revealed in the movie “Good Will Hunting” such as inequality in education, inequality of opportunities unequal distribution of resource, wealth and power which lead to poverty and social stratification. I will analyze these aspects by using functionalist perspective and conflict perspective in this paper and identify similar situations in Hong Kong.
The conclusion drawn is that Equity has developed, and the usage of some equitable maxims made equitable rules more determinate. Thus, the propositions made by the Professor is partially agreed. On the other hand, it is also argued that
Introduction Miriam-Webster (n.d.) defines success as “the fact of getting or achieving wealth, respect, or fame”. To me success is not money, possessions, or the illusion of happiness. How the world defines success is much different than how I define success. Rick Warren, in his book “Purpose Driven Life” (2002, p.19) says “You could reach all your personal goals, becoming a raving success by the world’s standard, and still miss the purposes for which God created you.”
Although motivating employees can be a challenge, a number of theories about motivation at work can be used as a basis for creating practices, procedures and processes to affect employee
Social needs Social needs refer to the relationship building between employees. In this purpose organizations allow breaks during working hours, arrange picnics, sport events, and team works. INTRODUCTION Adapted from the course module notes, there are two categories of theories and techniques in job design to motivate employees: 1. Content theories by Maslow, McClelland, Herzberg and Alderfer. 2. Process theories such as Job Rotation, Job Enlargement and Enrichment; Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, The Hackman and Oldham Model and Empowerment.
Personal Statement Describe several personal and professional goals you would like to achieve in the next five years, including why these goals are important to you. Goals are what keep us motivated to keep going and doing better than the day before. It is our goals that help us to keep pushing forward and be the best version of ourselves everyday. I have many professional and personal goals for myself.
Though all needs are important, everyone usually has one or two of the needs that are the most important to them and employees enter the work place with these needs. Employees that have a high need for affiliation value social interaction and cooperative working relationships. Achievement employees value recognition, fulfilling their goals and taking on moderately difficult challenges. Employees that have a high need for power value the ability to influence and control their environment to meet their goals, they seek leadership
Motivation. Most of successful organization shares a common quality that employees play an important role in business performance. So, even every firm has their dissimilar strategy to motivate their employee, these strategies yet mainly concentrate on the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. There are a lot of methods Apple employs to motivate its employees. According to Maslow’s theory, low-order need should be taken as vantage.
People without moral always had a hard time to make others trust them. Sometimes, their lack of morality makes them suffer during their entire life. Moreover, people without moral do not care about others. They are more likely to be selfish and participate any type of corruption.

Next, there are four types of important theories of motivation which includes Maslow`s H Hierarchy of Needs Theory, McGregor’s Theory X and Theory Y, Herzberg’s Two- Factor Theory and McClelland’s Three-Needs Theory. These theories represent the foundation from which contemporary theories grew and still are used by practising managers to explain employee motivation. Motivation is an internal feeling which can be understood by manager because he is only one always close contact with the employees.” Motivation is
