He had discovered hot springs, bubbling mud pots, and exploding geysers. But when he told people no one believed him and no one else went because they called it "Colter 's Hell". In 1986 Tom Murphy decided to go there and look at it and some photographs, when he got there he saw wild life and everything John Colter had seen almost one century ago. Dharun Ravi and Tyler Clementi were both accepted at Rutgers University in New Jersey and became roommates in their first year as a freshman. Two particular articles, “The Justice of Dharun Ravi’s ‘lenient’ 30-day sentence” by Scott Lemieux and “Dharun Ravi is sentenced” by Steven Goldstein, Founder and Chair Emeritus, state their opinions and point of views in light of the sentence that was given to Ravi. Both articles have communicated the positive and negative side concerning which charges would stand in view of the facts. Tyler Clementi was a young gay gentleman who had recently informed his parents of his homosexual status before attending Rutgers; however, his life was short lived by the act of him committing suicide. Dharun Ravi is accused of violating Tyler’s privacy through cyberbullying as well as tampering with evidence.

Did not care for the foul language though and thought the story would not have been hurt by taking it down a notch. This was an entertaining way to learn of the history of the large America migration west on the Oregon Trail during the 1800’s, including, the cause of the drive to move west, the hazardous life on the trail, the reliance on friends and relatives, the outfitting of the wagon and selection of a good team of mules. After each mini adventure, it seemed like there couldn 't be another one and yet the author made this true story a real page turner, adventure following adventure mixed with human interest stories. This wagon ride across the western America is reminiscent of the book by John Beam, Walk Across America.

High in the mountains O’Brien and his men come across a baby water buffalo. Rat Kiley offers some of his C rations to the buffalo, but the buffalo doesn’t eat them. Rat Kiley Shrugged and shoots the buffalo multiple times. Despite the multiple gunshot wounds the water buffalo barely stays alive. The men then dump the buffalo in the local well.

Thursday, July 28th, 2016 at approximately 8:26 p.m., a follow-up interview was conducted by Detective L. Donegain and Detective D. Johnson with Anthony Smith at the Fayetteville Police Department. During the course of the interview Anthony Smith admitted to knowing the person responsible for the shooting, that occurred at the Tobacco Mart. Anthony Smith stated he Dana Dudley and Jamarqus Hurley had walked from his residence to the Tobacco Mart. Anthony Smith stated as they were standing at the night service window at the Tobacco Mart, the victim had pulled into the parking lot and parked. Anthony Smith then stated Jamarqus Hurley recognized the driver as the person who had shot his nephew “POP”.
