Kennedy was the youngest person ever to be elected president and he wanted to surround himself with bright people with new ideas (p.1204) however his term as president was shorten by his assassin on November 22, 1963 by Lee Harvey Oswald , his motives is still unknown( p.1321). I believe that Kennedy was a capable leader in 1961 he established the Peace Corps for volunteer to go other counties abroad and assist them with technique services and educational. He got the Housing Act passed that earned more than five billion for urban renewal, increasing minimum wage. Area of Redeveloped Act 1861 which provides loans and grants to distress area for example people that recent affect by the flood, hurricane or other natural disasters.
