A 17-year-old male, Joseph Lopez, a junior at Spring Valley High School murdered the 28th of April of 2008. Lopez's body was found in a drain tunnel under Tropicana Avenue, west of the I-215 less than a mile from his home. I would look through his social media, text messages, and phone calls. I would interview all his friends. People he knew in school and outside school and people he came in contact with hours before his murder.
On Sunday, November 13, 1842 a double murder occurred at Smith Farm in Old Fields, Long Island. The victims, Alexander Smith and and Rebecca Smith, were a wealthy, well- respected married couple who ran Smith farm. George Weeks, the Smiths farmhand, was reporting for work the monday after the murder and heard the dog barking from the work-shed by the Smiths house. George Weeks then became suspicious since the dog was usually inside with Mr. Smith. George then looked in the house and saw that the east room window was broken and Mr. and Mrs. Smith were lying on the floor covered in blood.
Demi Moore made a statement about the man who was found dead in her Beverly Crest home on Sunday morning, saying she was in “absolute shock.” A 21-year-old man floated in her backyard pool, authorities said. Terry and Chilton are taking turns walking past a store front on a fall afternoon in Cleveland, Ohio. They each pass the store six times and then meet with a third man- Katz. A nearby police officer- Officer McFadden, notices the odd behavior of the pair and conducts a stop and frisk of all three men, which reveals two concealed weapons. In the subsequent trial for the charges of carrying a concealed weapon, the prosecution filed a motion for the suppression of the recovered guns as evidence citing that the manner in which the evidence was obtained was unlawful and inadmissible in court as a result.
What was to be a nice night at the movies to watch a screening of “Trainwreck” ended in tragedy? At least 100 people were there to see that movie, when suddenly a man pulled out a gun and started shooting. Col. Michael Edmonson of the Louisiana State Police said the gunman was a 58-year old white male. The call came through just before 8 p.m. about someone shooting at the Grand 16 Lafayette at 3141 Johnston St. the police say they know the identity of the man, but are not releasing that information. It was around 7 on a hot August afternoon in 1965, in a Los Angeles south central neighborhood; when a twenty-one year old man named Marquette Frye was on his way home after a few beers to drop off his Brother. Not far from his house they were pulled over by an officer Lee Minkus who then proceeded to give Marquette Frye a field sobriety test. As Mr. Frye stumbled along the curb his brother Ronald Frye walked a few blocks over to the Frye residence and shortly returned with their mother. As the events unfolded the number of curious onlookers grew.
On June 16th, 2017 at approximately 2000 hours in the 3000 block of Church Street Glenarden, Maryland 20706 while conducting a Drug enforcement operation. I (Officer Furr #9345) observed several individuals leaving the area as Uniformed police officers converged on the park and surrounding streets. During the operation several people were stopped and questioned. During the questioning Prince Georges County Officer ( ) # observed a male later identified as A1 (Carroll, Sherman Lee) whom at the time had a open warrant for # 6E00673490 for trespass on private property and theft less than $100.00.A-1 was transported to Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro, Maryland for processing.

CCIB Intake received an incident report from reporting party, Cesar Daproza Case Manager. It was reported that on 6/14/16 at approximately 9:30AM Activities Coordinator Karee Montesanti was driving the van south on Lakewood Blvd when another vehicle swerved into her lane and hit the van knocking off the on the rear passenger side. The driver immediately parks the car and checked the clients for injuries. No injuries were noted. The driver than call 911 reported the incident and reported the incident to the Program Director Gustavo Palomares.
Joaquin Murrieta Carrillo better known as the Mexican Robin Hood was born on 1829. It is unclear where he was truly born but he was baptized in Sonora, Mexico in 1830. In the year 1850 while still being a teenager he got married and migrated to California with his wife Rosita and his brother Carlos. He migrated to California to find fortune in the gold fields. As soon as arriving they built a farm and they began to work a claim near Hangtown.
Juan Ponce de León has been killed by natives on his voyage as according to his crew who has arrived back. He was to colonize the land, which he did. However, he needed to conquer the land and take it from the natives. He brought about 50 soldiers with him and many weapons. However, it seems that the European weapons that they brought were less effective for close-range fighting and they were forced to retreat.
Haylie Galvan Barrio Azteca Gang Gang violence in El Paso has been a major issue since the emergence of one particular gang- Barrio Azteca. The streets of El Paso were rapidly becoming a home to violent acts and drug trafficking. The infamous Barrio Azteca gang was formed in the 1980’s in Texas originally as a prison gang. It started as a prison gang before they expanded out onto the streets. Several of the founding members banded together in order to protect themselves from rival Hispanic gangs.
The practices and attitudes of people vary from one country to another depending on the culture of the people. The common theme surrounding the attitude towards death and dying is based on the belief of a community about the soul of the deceased, which leads to the performance of rituals and ceremonies. Puerto Ricans comprise of Latinos who have demonstrated a greater external expression of grief towards death with the intensity of grief increasing depending on the suddenness of death. Puerto Ricans have strong family relationships, so they do everything to terminally ill family members do not learn about the seriousness of their illness to protect them from grief is detrimental.
