Sponsorships The Kansas City Royals have many sponsorship opportunities throughout their organization. One of them being the Diamond of Dreams which helps benefit The University of Kansas Hospital’s Neonatal Home and the Royals Charities. This benefit has five different kinds of sponsorships. The first one is Presenting Sponsor which is $30,000. If you choose this package, there are many benefits that come with such as special recognition during games in Kansas City Royals media, during home games, you get on-field check presentations, eighteen tickets to the on-field event and much more. The Royals have a rewards system where fans can win different awards by earning tokens on the Royals website. Another strength is the organization has different things for kids to do such as Sluggers Blue Crew which is a club that focus’s around the Royals mascot Slugger. Once a member of this club you get various apparel such as the Blue Crew Royals baseball t-shirt, a special baseball cap, a tour of the stadium which is free, a magnet for your car, a lanyard as well as a VIP membership badge, and special offers from the different partners associated with the Royals. The Royals also have different charity events as well as programs. A 5K run/walk was put together on August 2nd, 2014. Royals Charities were able to raise $50,000 that went towards the Variety Children's Charity of Greater Kansas City which helps kids with developmental disabilities.
