She values project based learning but often feels challenged in the time allotted for such learning versus time used to cover standards more traditionally. Moreover, Every person have different ways of teaching styles such as cynthia she talks openly with the girls in her classes about the systematic and institutional barriers that stood in their way as women and people of color. Another person is Toni , She believed in paying unblinking attention to the tough issues that affected her students lives, and in finding ways to bridge the divide between life inside and outside of school.

Every member of a sports team must cooperate. A team always works together. Because I will likely be responsible for a particular task that is unique to me, such as recruiting, scouting, or skill development, there will be times when I will require individual work settings. I will be at the bottom of the hierarchy as a Graduate Assistant and then as an assistant coach. I will be expected to make decisions in group situations and will primarily be given roles and directions.
Through this position, I have been able to create a connection with younger teammates to make them feel comfortable and respected in a new environment. I believe that my character makes me a strong leader. Through my personal beliefs and morals, I can build trust and be viewed as a role model. A team is a family, and I believe that everyone should share a sense of respect for their teammates. I strive for a respected environment amongst my teammates.
My team is a squad of 30 girls. Being captain at times can be quite challenging because there are 30 different personalities, which means that there are normally disagreements or attitudes that I have to help solve. My main goal is to keep our team strong not only physically, but mentally. I strive for an unbreakable bond with each of the girls and that we stick together as a family. Over the years, I have realized that nothing is harsher than girls to other girls.

Emma fell into the role of team leader which consisted of assigning tasks, assessing progress, and co-ordinating the team. There was a responsibility to keep the team focused and organised as well as always taking care not to be too controlling. Delegation is vital when working in a team and so, the workload was shared among all members. Collaboration is a major part of teamwork also, therefore, it was important to us that each member contributed both evenly and equally. We distributed the tasks according to the strengths of each member; establishing clear guidelines and also setting out clear expectations in doing so.
