Abstract On July 23, 1995, Janet Downing was found stabbed to death in her Somerville, Massachusetts home. With strong compelling evidence and creditable eyewitness testimony, Edward O’Brien was arrested for Downing’s murder. O’Brien was only fifteen years old and good friends with Downing’s son Ryan at the time of the murder. The first initial hearing judged that O’Brien would be tried as a juvenile, however this judgment would later be reversed.
On August 7, 2015 a young women by the name of Heather Maples was found dead at The Cove Apartments, where she lived at. MPD Detective James Abbott discovered her body lying on her stomach, with signs of “blunt force trauma” to her head, and also marks on her neck which indicates strangulation. Her phone was discovered underneath her, so investigators went through in hopes of finding more evidence. She was last seen alive at a bar called Gentleman Jim’s Bar with a couple of male friends that night. One of those men were at her apartment drinking before leaving before the bar. Later on while leaving the bar, she left with one of her friends and had him drop her off at her apartment. When investigators checked her phone and found that the men she was at the bar with, both sent her text messages just hours before she was killed. Maples took a “selfie”
She built a solid relationship with the three inmates by writing letters to encourage and uplift, going to visit and challenging the inmates to think outside of the norms that were placed on them by society which shows her charisma and intellectual stimulation. Katherine Knight 1 OVERVIEW OF THE CRIME On February 29th of 2000, after finally getting fed up with the constant assaults he endured from his partner; Katherine Knight, John price went to the Scone Magistrates court to take out an apprehended violence order (AVO) against Katherine, in a hope to keep her away from his kids and himself once and for all. Later that night, an unknowing Katherine Knight turned up to John Price’s house and they went on to have sexual intercourse. After this, Knight stabbed Price in his sleep, resulting in Price attempting to run away down the hall, this, however was an unsuccessful attempt and knight ended up stabbing him at-least a further 36 times.

The target audience we approached was decision maker, Catharine Baker. Catharine Baker is a Republican, California Assembly Member who is currently the elected assembly member for district 16. We presented AB 2590, Restorative Justice Act. We presented with the intent to influence and educate decision maker Baker with the hopes of her supporting this bill.

Janet Oleszek is a Democratic candidate running for the Board of Supervisors for the Braddock district of Fairfax County. She has been living in Fairfax County since 1973, is an education advocate, and former School Board member (2003-2007). In 2003, she set a recorded in Fairfax County by winning 87,759 votes, which is the height so far achieved. There is no caregiver in the home and Virgie does her own housework and cooking until she slip on a rug hurting her leg/no fracture. Tracie commented Ms. Virgie daughter has been concerns about her not eating and paying her bills on time. Tracie explained Ms. Cooper stated her daughter is always in her business she can take care of herself and don 't need anyone but God.
