Detective Brad Silas submitted the evidence to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for further analysis. Mr. Hicks was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Loitering. A Sayre man is behind bars after a package containing $50,000 worth of Bath Salts was delivered to his residence. 23-year-old Wyatt Yanney was arrested after law enforcement officials tracked a package containing 500 grams of Alpha PVP (Bath Salts) to his residence on Wheelock Avenue. Once Yanney took custody of the package and left his home, police arrested him and executed a search warrant. Police seized Cocaine, Heroin, Marijuana and Molly from Yanney 's residence. They also found cash, assault rifles, handguns and a shot gun.
HORNELL (WENY) - Authorities have upgraded the charges against the Hornell man accused of killing an 18-month-old baby in November. After a Steuben County Grand Jury heard the case against 22-year-old Dakota Miller of Hornell, the charges against him were upgraded. Miller is accused of intentionally killing 18-month-old Ian Miniske-Huff on Nov. 25. Miller is now facing charges of aggravated murder, first and second degree murder and manslaughter. David Leon Riley, a gangster who is in the Lincoln Park Gang in San Diego, CA was involved in a rival gang shooting. The rival of Riley’s gang shot at the Lincoln Park Gang and then got into Riley’s vehicle, stole it, and drove off. Riley had his cell phone in his possession when he was apprehended. So a detective analyzed the videos and photographs of Riley making gang signs and other gang indicia that were stored on the phone to verify whether Riley was gang affiliated. On August 22, 2009, the police pulled Riley over which he was driving a different car which later they found out that he was driving on expired license registration tags.
Matthew Wawrykiewycz was arrested by, York region Police, on February 9, at his home in Aurora, after police confiscated two kilograms of cocaine and $100,000 of cash. Police began the investigation in September and later identified Wawrykiewycz as the suspect of the sale of illegal substances. Police had obtained warrants to search his home and storage locker, and completed the arrest on February 9. In total Police confiscated two kilograms of cocaine, 60 grams of methamphetamine, $100,000, and 100 ammunition rounds. Wawrykiewycz faces multiple charges including, possession of cocaine with intent to traffic, possession of methamphetamine with intent to traffic, failing to comply, possession of property obtained illegally over $5000, he is also charged with careless storage of ammunition.
On October 16th the United States Supreme Court will hear the arguments concerning the Kansas V. Cheever cirme. Scott Cheever was convicted of murder and drug useage on January 19th 2009. Cheever killed Greenwood County sheriff Matthew Samuels at the residence of the Coopers in Hilltop, Kansas. Sheriff Samuels was going to the Cooper 's residence on a tip to arrest Cheever for illegal drug use, when he arrived he witnessed Cheever and the Cooper’s cooking and ingesting meth. Cheever was shooting at several other officers when they came to try and arrest him as well as try to rescue the injured Samuels.
There was a killing in texas that left three people dead. On December 2014 the jury said that Eric Williams was the killer for these people and he should die for the killing of these people. Cynthia Mclellend and her husband Mike Mclellend were shot to death in there home close to a suburb east of Dallas and mark hasse death but hasn’t been to trial. Authorites said that Eric Williams had stole some computer equipment and he was very upset cause that coast him his law license and job. The court has now found evidence on Eric Williams and said that he killed the people in two different incidents and Eric wife Kim testified and said she drove the getaway car and help him destroy the weapons.
On December 23, 2013, Corporal James Brooks of the Naples Jail Center, Florida, was arrested for arranging to purchase a stolen laptop from a recently released prisoner. A guard at the Halawa Prison in Hawaii, James “Kimo” Sanders III, received four years in federal prison after being convicted of selling meth and taking bribes to smuggle contraband into the facility where he worked. Sanders was sentenced on July 10, 2014. Leangela Handy, a prison guard in the Louisiana state prison system, was arrested on December 24, 2013 for what police described as having a “drug store” in her bra.
On November 2, 2017, United States District Judge Marvin J. Garbis in Baltimore, Maryland sentenced Tara Kathleen Whyte, age 30, of Hollywood, Florida, and Gambrills, Maryland to 54 months in federal prison for bank fraud conspiracy and aggravated identity theft stemming from a banking scheme involving over $1 million in losses. Judge Garbis also ordered Whyte pay restitution in the amount of $77,422.06 (The Bay Net, 2017). Whyte was one of 13 members of a nationwide group of fraudsters known as the “Felony Lane Gang.” These individuals traveled from Florida to Maryland and other states broke into vehicles parked at recreation areas, sports fields, gyms, fitness centers, and other locations, and stole wallets, purses and other items left
